Empowering Women Workshop
PEWA Victoria is proud to offer you a tailored half-day workshop designed to increase your confidence, courage and self-awareness in the workplace and build resilience.
Back by popular demand, PEWA has again partnered with Inkling Group (inkling.group), an award-winning organisation dedicated to inspiring women to lead, to bring you a new workshop designed to develop and improve your leadership skills.
This is an intensive, interactive and fun workshop which deals head-on with the fears that hold people back from living a life and career that is driven by confidence, excellence and authenticity.
On the day Inkling will draw on evidence-based theories and techniques from the field of neuropsychology to help you conquer your fears and become confident influencers in all situations. You will learn:
-
why humans are not biologically hardwired to be confident and courageous
-
personal barriers that get in the way of success
-
neuropsychology to understand and manage fears in all situations
-
tips and tools to overcome the negativity bias in the brain
-
authentic and effective voice
By the end of the workshop, you will know how to increase your overall performance, engagement, energy and authenticity culminating in an improved ability to role model for others in and outside of the workplace.
